A quick guide to the most important things to know before using AntroX AI.

Does AntroX AI guarantee winning trades?

No. Trading always involves risk and no bot can guarantee a profit. Pulse AI analyses live market movement and waits for qualifying setups, but losses can still happen.

What markets can Pulse AI use?

Pulse AI can work with supported Deriv markets available to your account. You can choose a supported market yourself or use Automatic mode when available. Market availability depends on Deriv and your connected account.

Why does Pulse AI sometimes say WAIT?

WAIT means Pulse AI has not found conditions strong enough for a trade. The market may be unclear, signals may conflict, a cooldown may be active, or a protection limit may prevent another trade.

Can Pulse AI continue if I leave the page?

Yes. When an automatic Pulse AI session is running through AntroX background automation, it can continue even if you leave the Bots page or close the browser. It stops when you stop it or when a configured session or protection limit is reached.

Can I protect my account with an authenticator?

Yes. Authenticator protection is optional and can be enabled from your AntroX Security settings. When enabled, you use a 6-digit authenticator code when signing in, and recovery codes are provided when setup is completed.

Can I use a Deriv Demo account first?

Yes. Demo is the recommended place to learn the platform, test Pulse AI, understand your settings and review results before considering real-money trading.

What are Balanced, Strict and Precision?

These are Pulse AI trading styles. Balanced looks for more qualifying opportunities, while Strict and Precision require stronger conditions before a trade is considered. Stricter modes can result in fewer trades.

What happens when a protection limit is reached?

Pulse AI stops opening new trades when a configured protection or session rule is reached. This may include a take-profit target, stop-loss limit, maximum trades, consecutive-loss protection, daily loss protection or Emergency Pause.

Do I need an active subscription?

Registration gives you access to your AntroX account and available member features. Certain premium trading and Pulse AI features require an active AntroX subscription.

Does AntroX have a referral program?

Yes. Registered members receive a personal referral link inside their account. When someone registers through that link and completes their first qualifying paid subscription, the referrer may earn a discount toward their next subscription payment according to the current referral program rules.
